December is one of the most emotionally charged months of the year. It brings excitement, celebration, parties and warmth – but also deadlines, expectations, family drama, and the pressure to “finish the year strong”.
Many of my coaching clients tell me the same thing every year: “I want to enjoy December, but I feel like I am barely keeping up!”
That’s exactly why I decided to create this December Bingo. So that you allow yourself to slow down, enjoy some Christmas magic, reconnect with your inner child, and reflect on what this year meant for you.
What December Bingo is (and why it helps)
This bingo (that you can find after this text) is a simple grid filled with small meaningful actions – from cozy moments like drinking hot chocolate or watching a Christmas movie, to deeper reflection opportunities like journaling about your year or making a vision board for the next one.
The idea is that you treat it like a fun game: if you cross all the actions that form a line (horizontal or vertical), you have a bingo!
It’s NOT about challenging yourself to complete every single one of them. It’s about finding some inspiration and allowing yourself to have moments of joy this December.
I hope you enjoy it and use this December Bingo to balance both responsibilities AND enjoyment.
