2-3 times a month, we will have guest posts from specialists in various personal or professional growth areas. Meditation coaches, doctors, psychologists, etc.
Apart from daily journaling prompts, you will have lots of coaching exercises and educational resources to help you become the best version of yourself.

Why? It is a scientifically proven tool to improve your mental and physical health. Apart from that, it helps you gain skills like emotional regulation, self-reflection, creativity, and more. It is used and loved by many famous people. And after journaling myself for years and helping others do it too, I fully understand why. It is an incredible instrument for gaining self-awareness and generating life-changing ideas.
Actress Emma Watson mentioned that doing journaling has been really important to her. She held her daily journal and said “If I had to choose one thing that I went on the plane with, with my passport, it would probably be this”. Emma’s routine consists of writing 3 things from the day before that were fun or joyful, 3 things that happened that were kind, and 3 things that she thought she did well.
We use 2 platforms: Notion and Telegram.
Notion is the place where all the content is stored for your convenience (videos, texts, journaling prompt lists, guest posts, mini-podcasts, and so on).
Telegram is where we have our chat.
This structure is useful for keeping up with all the materials and having them organised in your head.
