It is. Even though the core of my coaching is built on Solution-Oriented approach, I have made my method unique by adding:
– scientific research (I read the newest articles and constantly update my coaching toolbox);

Therapy focuses on healing the past and supporting your mental health. It’s often about understanding and processing experiences, emotions, and patterns that may require clinical care.

Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused. It’s about gaining clarity, setting goals, building confidence, and creating actionable steps to move forward. In coaching, we work on growth, alignment, and practical change – not clinical diagnosis or treatment.

Many people benefit from both at different stages of their life. There is no “better” or “worse” – only what works best for you.

That depends on what you want to achieve by the end of the session.

One session can be enough if you are looking for results like:
– more clarity/better understanding of the situation
– created plan of action for your goal
– finding a new perspective
etc.

Every step towards progress counts. So, even a single coaching session can be useful. It won’t provide as in-depth work as monthly coaching would, but it will help you take the first step forward.

Coaching is not a magic pill, this is important to realise.
I can help you change your mindset, figure out the steps you need to take, feel more motivated, stay accountable, etc.

But there are 3 things I can’t do:
– take action for you, this will always be your responsibility;
– help you if you don’t do the tasks after the session;
– change your life in one day.

Going into coaching means taking charge of your own life and moving forward step-by-step. If you truly commit to it, coaching will help you.

That depends on your booking type. If you chose a single coaching session, it would take 1-1,5h. If you went for a month of 1-1 coaching, it would take 1-1,5h per week (coaching sessions) + about 2h per week you spend on tasks after the session. However, it is flexible – we can adapt according to the time you have available.

No, my coaching is built on factual information and evidence-based methods only. Moreover, I read scientific articles in psychology and neuroscience to enrich my approach with more useful techniques. No magic, tarot cards, or anything like that – not my style.

You open up in the way you are comfortable to. I won’t ever pressure you to be more vulnerable than you want to.

If you think about it, I am ultimately just a stranger from the Internet 🙂 So, I completely understand that some people might not feel ready to open up to me straight away. And that’s okay!

We will work at your pace and slowly get to the point where you trust me enough to share deeper feelings and thoughts. You are in control of what happens, always.
