First, I always get to know you and your unique situation & needs. Then, depending on the session type, we move forward through coaching questions, exercises and techniques. What always stays the same is me focusing on uncovering your hidden potential & helping you express it authentically. In simpler words: guiding you towards your true self. At the end, you have a new mindset, vision and plan of action.
